At Equip Pools , we take pride in the quality of our swimming pool equipment and accessories. Every product is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure reliability and performance.

 

1. Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacements only in the case of a manufacturer defect or damage that occurred prior to delivery.

A manufacturer defect refers to faults in materials, workmanship, or assembly that affect normal performance.

 

To qualify for replacement:

The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.

Proof of purchase and photo or video evidence of the defect are required.

 

2. Additional Equip Pools Guarantee

Customers who request a professional site visit through our team to verify proper installation and setup are eligible for the Equip Pools Guarantee — an added assurance that their equipment is correctly installed and covered against functional failure.

 

Under this guarantee:

Our technician will inspect the installation for compliance with manufacturer recommendations.

If approved, the product receives extended defect coverage for a specified period according to the product.

Equipment found to be installed incorrectly during the visit will not qualify until corrective steps are taken.

Note: This guarantee applies only after our authorized inspection has been completed and documented.

 

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Replacement Items
We do not accept returns or replacements for:

 

Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Consumables such as filters, hoses, gaskets, seals, and chemicals.

Items missing packaging, components, or proof of purchase.

 

4. Replacement Procedure

 Contact our customer support team at equip@equippools.com -  01000555241 within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number, issue description, and visual evidence of the defect.

Once verified, you’ll receive return instructions. After inspection, a replacement unit will be shipped at no extra cost.

 

5. No Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued under this policy. Replacements are granted only for verified manufacturer defects.

 

6. Installation & Product Care 

All products must be installed following the manufacturer’s instructions.

Damage resulting from incorrect installation, electrical faults, or chemical imbalance will not be covered under warranty or the Equip Pools Guarantee.


Shipping and Delivery Policy
For home delivery, a delivery fee of 100 EGP or 500 EGP will be applied according to the nature of product.

 

Free home delivery is available for orders exceeding 20,000 EGP.

 

All home deliveries are fulfilled within 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

 

Free Delivery:
Orders with a total value above EGP 20,000 qualify for free delivery.

Delivery Time:
Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

Showroom Pickup:
Customers who choose to collect their orders from the showroom will not be charged any shipping fees.

Pickup orders are also ready within 3 to 5 business days.

After Delivery Follow-Up:
Within 7 days after receiving your order, our team will contact you to complete the EQUIP warranty activation process.


Payment Policy

We offer flexible and secure payment methods for your convenience:

 

1. InstaPay (No Additional Fees)

 Pay directly via InstaPay with no extra fees.

After completing your payment, please send a screenshot of the transaction to our official WhatsApp number: +20 100 055 5241 to confirm your order.

 

2. Payment Gateway / Visa / MasterCard

Payments made through our online payment gateway or credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) are subject to standard processing fees charged by the payment provider.

 

3. Bank Transfer (No Additional Fees)

You may also pay via bank transfer to our official business account without additional fees.

 

Please include your order number in the transfer description and share proof of payment with our team.

 

4. Payment Confirmation

Orders will be processed and scheduled for delivery only after payment is received and verified by our accounts team.
