These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Equip Pool’s services and website. By accessing our services or entering into any agreement with Equip Pool, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Equip Pool provides design, construction, and maintenance of luxury swimming pools and water features. Specific service details, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in individual project agreements.

2. Quotations & Payments

  • All quotations are valid for 30 calendar days unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. Further payments will follow a milestone schedule as outlined in your agreement.

  • All payments are to be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may result in service delays and/or additional charges.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Any service cancellation must be submitted in writing.

  • Refunds are provided at our discretion and may be reduced to cover work performed and materials already purchased.

  • Custom-made or special-order items are non-refundable once production or procurement begins.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring proper site access, utility connections, and any permits not specifically handled by Equip Pool.

  • Delays caused by the client or third parties may result in revised timelines or additional fees.

5. Warranty

  • Equip Pool offers a limited warranty on workmanship and select equipment as stated in the project agreement.

  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or external factors.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, drawings, and other intellectual work created by Equip Pool remain the property of Equip Pool unless expressly transferred by written agreement.

7. Liability Limitation

Equip Pool shall not be held liable for delays or damages resulting from:

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

  • Changes in government regulations

  • Third-party actions beyond our control

Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and all services provided by Equip Pool shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
